The warehouse
Where natural light meets iconic design. Featuring OBJX’s signature window corner shot, this 72x72 foot space offers a greenhouse-like vibe with three distinct shooting areas. Once divided into Studio A and Studio B, it’s now a single expansive space that transforms beautifully from day to night.

Our brand new studio addition! Enjoy our first self-contained room for privacy and better light control. Featuring our signature industrial windows, white walls with moulding details, and harlequin painted wood floors - this 20x20ft room is ready to see what you have in store.

the LOUNGE
For all the moments between the shots - editing, meeting clients, or enjoying a coffee break, the Lounge is your go-to space. Designed with comfort and function in mind, it features comfy couches, WiFi, plenty of workspace, a makeup and dressing station, and a beautiful eclectic cafe/bar. The cafe isn’t just a perk, either! It doubles as a versatile set for your content needs. Whether you’re hosting a workshop, filming, or simply taking a moment to recharge, the Lounge has everything you need (and more outlets than you’ll know what to do with).
FULL StudiO
Take over the entire OBJX space and make it your own! The Full Studio rental gives you exclusive access to both the Warehouse and the Lounge, offering endless possibilities for creativity and connection. From large-scale productions to content creation, the full space adapts seamlessly to your vision.
PLEASE NOTE: If the Full Studio isn’t booked, you may be sharing the space with other bookings or staff—but rest assured, the atmosphere remains inspiring and professional.

The Warehouse is our 72ft wall-to-wall, industrial windows, high ceilings and black wood floors never has a shortage of natural light. Book the warehouse at any time of day but be prepared to be awed at the perfect view during sunset!
1-3 hrs $200/hr
4-6 hrs $185/hr
7-10 hrs 175/hr

AFTER HOURS
We accept bookings After Hours (Before 8am, after 8pm, and Mondays) for an additional charge of $50/hr.

Looking for privacy? Book the full studio, or try the Library!
The Library is our new 20x20ft space! Featuring a wall of our famous industrial windows, 14ft high ceilings, white walls with moulding, and harlequin painted floors. The Library allows for light control and privacy, as it's our only self-contained space.

5-7 hrs $90/hr
8+ hrs $85/hr
AFTER HOURS
We accept bookings After Hours (Before 8am, after 8pm, and Mondays) for an additional charge of $50/hr.
The Lounge is our common space, featuring lit makeup vanity, changing area, cafe kitchen, and living room style setup. Great to use as a production overflow, meeting space, or to shoot in!

Currently, we accept credit card payments only. Please note that Visa Debit is not supported.
We have a strict no-cancellation policy and do not offer refunds - If cancelled with more than 7 days notice, a booking credit can be applied to your account.
If you book only one area, please be aware that other bookings or staff may be using other areas simultaneously.
Our space is not always sound sensitive. For audio recordings, please let us know in advance!
Productions with more than 15 people are required to book the entire studio.
